This is exactly what I am looking for.

Being an under 10 soccer coach, this app simplifies so much of the setup, and allows for enough customization to make it work at the higher levels. The tracking of shifts and times is excellently implemented and also the automatic scheduling of the substitutions is what I am looking for. Also the integrated iCal and mail integration is excellent.
